Paul, Amanda,: Amanda

Hi friends! Welcome to my blog! I love using this thing to record memories and share pictures of my sweet, little family. I've been blessed beyond belief with a crazy, amazing hubster (that would be who Paul is in "Paul, Amanda, & Our 3 Little Ladies"), and 3 beautiful, smart, precious, crazy, "Little Ladies." Sometimes I have to stop and really think about what an awesome privilege it is to have been chosen to be Paul's wife and Gracie Claire's, Sydney's, and Molly's mommy! Being a wife and mommy was all I ever wanted to be and it's better than I could have ever imagined!

Wiving and Mommying are my two most favorite things, but I also get to take on some other cool things! 2nd graders are some of my favorite people! Yes, friends...teaching sweet, little 2nd graders is another awesome and crazy thing I get to do! Teaching has become a ministry for me and I take it so, so seriously! One of my most favorite quotes is..."I now understand that being a Mother means that we make ourselves available to other children." Every time I read it I get misty-eyed. I don't take the place of their parents, but those kids, my 2nd graders, get prayed for and loved on when they walk in my door! I love them!

Being a wife, mommy, and teacher are huge parts of what makes me who I am, but the thing that shapes me is my FAITH. Jesus is my Saviour. He has guided me, carried me, provided for me, and lifted me up. I could NOT go through this life without HIM! He is my rock and my shield. I am definitely not even remotely close to being perfect, but I really try to grow my faith and be the best that I can be for the Lord. He is everything to me!
