Night 3 of Noah was, you guessed it, AWESOME! The story of Noah continued with Noah's family trusting that the Lord hadn't forgotten them during those 365+ days on the Ark. We learned about how important God's covenant to us is and that it's a promise that will never be broken...and aren't we thankful for that! The animals sang and danced. The Noah family sang and danced. It was, yep, that's right, AWESOME!! I'm so thankful to be a part of a church who takes it so seriously to teach our children and to grow us in our faith. Events like this are so important to celebrate God's grace to us and to reach out to those who might not know Him. Kudos to all who were a part of pulling Summer Spectacular off! It was...SPECTACULAR!!! Some more pictures for your viewing pleasure! :)
Ham (Nkere) didn't like scooping the animal you know what. So they sang about it, of course!
Getting off of the Ark!
Praising God for saving them!
Love the rainbow! :)
There's our favorite skunk back there dancin'! :)
The Big Finale!!
Dre had to get a couple of pictures with his super-star parents! Ham and the evil skunk were definitely the highlights of the big show!
Our church is going to be renovated this next year, so Summer Spectacular will not happen the summer of 2012, but the summer of 2013 we'll be rockin' to the story of Joseph!! Can't wait!!
