Our Newest Kindergirl!

I can't believe that our Sydster is going to be a Kindergartner!  Yes friends...it's true!  My precious, sweet, sassy, second daughter is going to be a Longhorn!  Tuesday night we headed to Kindergarten Round-Up.  It felt a little bittersweet (more sweet), but it helped that Sydney was so excited!  She is more than ready to go to Kindergarten!  She will be such a pro!  :)  We had lots of fun "meeting" the principal and the Kindergarten teachers and seeing a Kinder classroom!  Of course she has been to my school quite a bit and she knows many of the people I work with, but the experience was so great for her!  She CAN. NOT. WAIT!  It's also so comforting to know the people that she will be spending her days with.  Not to mention that fact that I will be a few steps down the hallway! :)  God has blessed our family in that way, fo sho!

The Kindergarten teachers (they rock!) did an Eric Carle theme for round-up...it was very cute!

 Sydney and Mrs. Bufe...:)  Mrs. Bufe was Gracie Claire's Kinder teacher, so she's a definite fave at our house! :)

 The girls love them some Mrs. McNeese!  :)  Mrs. McNeese is our awesome principal!

 We are so excited that Lucas will be a co-kinder Longhorn with Syd.  These two are double trouble!  Watch out SRE!  Here they come! :)
