Keep Scrollin'

I just finished posting a ton! I think I'm sort of caught up, so keep scrollin'!!

I just have one final little post and thing to say...

WOOHOO FOR SUMMER!!!!!!!!!

The school year was a great one. I loved my sweet kids and was sad to let them go, but I'm so excited about summer and all of the time I'm getting with my hubster and the girls. In fact, we're headed out to the water park in a bit! Again...

WOOHOO FOR SUMMER!!!!!!!!!

I've never posted about school before, but I wanted to leave the school year saying how thankful I am for my job, the kids I get to teach, and the people I work with. I was horrible about taking pictures this year, so I had to steal some from a co-teacher...

Our 1st grade team...
Christina, Jennine, Mary, Jaclyn, Sarah, Me, and Kim
I hardly knew them at this point, but I loved working with all of them! And may I say how ridiculously long my arms are...excuse me while I go climb a tree. :) (I really do love myself, just a funny angle here.)

(L) Mary and Me at her birthday bash...I HEART her!
(R) Kim, Me, and Jennine right before the school year started...love them too!!
I wish I had more pictures to share, but these are all I had to steal. :)

So HAPPY SUMMER everyone!! I'm off to the water park!!

Down On The Farm

This is my new favorite pic of these two sisters. It totally shows how much they love each other!!

Oh friends...if you ever want to see hundreds of children singing sweet little songs, falling off of risers, crying from the stage, or workin' it (like my girls do...of course!) then come to the spring program at the fab pre-school my girls attend. (No...I will not tell you where that is. The people who count know where it is.) It is always so fun to watch children 5 and under in a performance. This year the theme was "Down On The Farm." This was Sydney's first show as they didn't have the toddler class perform last year. Enough writing...

(L) Syd (top left) singin' her heart out!

(R) The look on Syd's face here says, "Yes people, that was me singing on that stage. I know I'm a star!!

Gracie Claire has never been a shy performer. Both of these pictures show that. If you look close enough (if you dare) you'll see that even a lovely blood dribble trickling from her nose doesn't keep her from making sure she's all in it. As Randy Jackson would say, "Dawg, Dawg...that was dope!"

Sweet Cousins...Sam was running a fever that night, but he told Caleb he wanted to stay to watch. What a sweetie pie he is!

They love posing with their fans...thanks Uncle Caleb, Aunt Sandra, Sam, and Cassidy (not pictured) for coming to watch your nieces/cousins. They heart you!!

Of course we had to get these pics...
(L) Gracie Claire and Claire have been in the same class since they were 2. It makes my heart a little sad that they won't be together in Kinder, but I know they will always be friends!
(R) 4 Little Monkeys...Gracie Claire, Claire, Sydney, and Luke

Sweet Friends Gracie Claire and Sonya...they've known each other basically since birth. Gracie Claire loved having Sonya in her class this year!

(L) BigPa and Gigi came to cheer their girls on!
(R) PaPaw came to cheer his girls on too!
The girls HEART their grandparents!!

Of course we had to try for a family picture...you'll see how the fantastic results below and learn a little about Molly's personality (which we LOVE, so don't think I'm downin' her) all at the same time!

The best of the bunch...
*sigh* I love them so much!

The LAST Soccer Post...For Now

The league that Gracie Claire played with holds a big "awards" ceremony at the end of the season. They all get a soccer ball, there were jugglers there for a little entertainment, and of course they pose for a thousand pictures.

(L) Soccer Ball Happiness
(R) Of course she turned the ball into a crown...

Gracie Claire loved getting to be on the same team with Sonya!

Sweet Friends

Random Friend Sighting

I love running into old friends at random places. Doesn't that just make your day?! It does mine. On a field trip to see Peter Pan at Casa Manana (I'm not sure how to add in the "enne" -- is that how you spell it? -- you know, the "N" with the squiggle over it?) ...anyway, I ran into an old friend from high school/college. Casey and I were friends all the way through high school and even spent a couple of years in college together. She came to my wedding and we've been able to catch back up through FB. She teaches 1st grade too and was there with her school. It was lovely seeing you friend! :)

Please control your feelings of jealousy over my t-shirt/lanyard combo... ;)

The Last Day 'O School

The girls had a great year this year at their pre-school. We're uber thankful for a place we feel so great about sending them and they LOVE it!

A little photo shoot before walking in...

We hearted the girls' teachers this year!
(L) Sydney with Mrs. Dayna and Mrs. Corinna
(R) Gracie Claire with Mrs. Kendra (Mrs. Marilyn wasn't there the last day, so we didn't get a picture with her, but she was awesome too!)
Molly will start the pre-school adventure next year...which I'm a little sad about. She's still a baby, right?!

Gracie Claire's Graduation

I can hardly talk about it without getting teary, but Gracie Claire will be a Kindergartener in T-3 months...how can it even be possible. She graduated from pre-school in May and it was emotional. I'm going to be a crazy wreck when she graduates from high school...but, I digress. She was sick the week of graduation, but it didn't keep her from being completely pumped about graduating! She loved every second!

One really special thing that happened was that Gracie Claire got to have a "line" per say. She said, "Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance." We were so proud!! She was the only one that had a "line!" She was perfect!

Singing a Few Songs

I HEART my big girl!

Telling Mrs. Marilyn (one of her wonderful teachers) that she wants to be a teacher when she grows up. :)

Sweet Friends

Striking a Pose

We're So Proud of Her!

BigPa and Gigi came to celebrate!

We are SO BLESSED!!!!!

The Next To Last Soccer Post...of THIS Year

Gracie Claire's last soccer game was just as adorable as the rest. Lots of family came to cheer her on and she loved every moment!

Running onto the field and waving like a maniac!!

Paying attention to her fans rather than the game... :)

Showing Her Skills :)

Some of the crazy fans...
(L) My beautiful Molly
(C) Gigi, Cassidy, and Molls
(R) Gracie Claire and Sam

These cousins sure do love each other, but they do NOT love photo shoots! :)

Some of my new faves...
(L) BigPa doing what he does best -- giving encouragement...
(R) She loves her BigPa!!
