Everything I Need

Today is a day that we remember and will never forget.  There was evil, devastation, shock, horror, loss.  Heroes ran to do everything they could as our country cried out.  We will never know why our country suffered the horror that it did and why so many innocent lives were lost, but we do know that we have a God that never let go of us.  He was in control on that day 10 years ago and He is still in control.  So many heroes died on that day, and they will never be forgotten.  The ultimate hero died a criminal's death on a cross 2000 years ago.  He is the one who carries us.  He is everything we need. 



I love this song for so many reasons.  I listen to it over and over.  Jesus is who we need.  There will be no end to evil until he comes again.  I'm so thankful for the hope that we have in Him.  He is strength in our weakness.  He is our refuge.  He is everything we need.
